• 4. If the background value of the HTML element is different from transparent, use it; otherwise, use the background value of the BODY element.

PASS CRITERIA:

If statement #4 above is passed, then the background of the canvas should be covered with a flag pattern. The background of the "body" element (which may or may not cover the entire canvas) should be lime. The rules applied are "HTML {background: url(flagbg.gif)}" and "BODY {background: lime}".
