• 1. If a background image is specified, the value of "background-position" specifies its initial position.

PASS CRITERIA:

If statement #1 above is true, this should have a flag pattern which is centered with respect to the canvas. The rules applied are "body {background-image: url(flagbg.gif); background-position: center}" All other properties of this page should be UA-default.
