Testing Statement #3 Below of Section 5.5.23 of CSS1 Spec

• 3. The "width" property can be applied to text elements, but it si most useful with replaced elements. Negative values are not allowed.

PASS CRITERIA:

If statement #3 above is passed, this paragraph should have a UA-default width. THe rule stated is "p {width: -50px}", which is ignored since the value is negative. The image below (replaced element) should have a width of 100px, because of the rule "img {width: 100px}": All other properties of this page should be UA-default.
