Testing Statement #4 Below of Section 7.1 of CSS1 Spec

4. A CSS style sheet, for any version of CSS, consists of a list of statements. There are two kinds of statements: at-rules and rulesets. There may be whitespace (spaces, tabs, newlines) around the statements.

PASS CRITERIA:

If statement #4 above is passed, this paragraph should be UA-default The ruleset stated above is "P { color : aqua }" with a lot of whitespace around it. All other properties of this page should be UA-default.
