Testing FIrst Testable Statement of Sec 18.4 of CSS2 Specification

• 1. This example allows a thick black line around an element when it has the focus, and a thick red line when it is active.

PASS CRITERIA:

If statement #1 above is passed, then a thick black line will be drawn when this element has the focus, and a thick solid red line will be drawn when it is active. The rules applied are "p:focus {outline: thick solid black}" and "p:active {outline: thick solid red}".
