21. Inline boxes may participate in several formatting contexts.

PASS CRITERIA:

If statement #21 above is passed, then this paragraph generates a block box, with an inline box inside it. The box for emphasized is an inline box generated by an inline element. The rules are "p {display: block}", "em {display: inline}".

The rules applied are "body {display: inline}" and "p {display: block}". (this is also an anonymous black box). All other properties of this page should be UA-default.
