CSS3 Background Image Test

PASS CRITERIA:

If statement above is true, the background for this page should be green oval buttons on top of flag patterns. The background color is transparent. The rule applied is "body {background-color: transparent; backrgound-image: url(ovalbbut.gif), url(flagbg.gif);}" All other properties of this page should be UA-default.
